Live Meeting is an online collaboration and web conferencing tool that allows you to communicate and share information in real time, between individuals or large groups — with just a PC and an Internet connection. During the spring term of 2008 eleven courses were delivered using Live Meeting in a pilot program. This pilot has been extended for the fall 2008 semester. Even though this technology is in pilot mode as a delivery method, it will be available to all faculty and staff to leverage for non-teaching purposes such as a department meeting or collaboration projects.
